摘　　要：现代临床治疗下肢静脉曲张,外科手术仍然是主要的治疗手段,随着外科技术进步,外科治疗方式有传统外科手术、腔内微创治疗、腔外旋切技术等,尤其是腔内微创治疗进展迅速,包括腔内激光、射频、微波、电凝、泡沫硬化剂、机械化学消融等,但各种术式都有优势和不足,本文阐述了外科几种主要治疗方法的现代进展,认为下肢静脉曲张应该个体化治疗,采用多术式联合应用,以达到微创、有效的治疗效果,但仍需在实践中不断改进。In modern clinical treatment of varicose veins of the lower extremities,surgical operation is still the main treatment method.With the advancement of surgical technology,surgical treatment methods include traditional surgery,intracavitary minimally invasive treatment and external atherectomy techniques,especially intracavitary minimally invasive techniques.Invasive treatments are progressing rapidly,including intracavitary laser,radiofrequency,microwave,electrocoagulation,foam sclerosing agent,mechanochemical ablation,but various surgical methods have advantages and disadvantages.This paper expounds the modern progress of several major surgical treatments methods,and holds that varicose veins of the lower extremities should be treated individually,and combined with multiple surgical methods,so as to achieve minimally invasive and effective treatment effect,but it still needs to be continuously improved in practice.
