数字化X线牙片与CBCT对牙根纵裂的诊断价值

摘　　要：目的探讨数字化X线牙片与CBCT对牙根纵裂的诊断价值。方法回顾性分析2018年5月至2019年6月福建中医药大学附属人民医院医学影像科收治的45例疑似牙根纵裂患者作为研究对象。所有患者分别开展数字化X线牙片、CBCT检查,以病理检查结果作为金标准。比较两种检验方法的检查结果、敏感度、特异度、准确度、阳性预测值、阴性预测值。结果病理检查结果显示有38例为牙根纵裂,7例为非牙根纵裂。CBCT检查的敏感度、特异度、准确度、阳性预测值、阴性预测值高于数字化X线牙片检查,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用CBCT检查牙根纵裂,其敏感度、特异度、准确度较强,诊断价值高于数字化X线牙片,值得广泛的推广以及应用。Objective To explore the diagnostic value of digital X-ray dental film and CBCT for longitudinal root fracture.Methods Retroretrospective analysis of 45 patients suspected with longitudinal root fracture admitted to the Department of Medical Imaging,Affiliated People′s Hospital of Fujian University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from May 2018 to May 2018 to June 2019.All patients underwent digital X-ray dental film and CBCT examination respectively,and the pathological examination findings were used as the gold standard.The inspection results,sensitivity,specificity,accuracy,positive predictive values,and negative predictive values of the two test methods were compared.Results Pathological examination showed that 38 cases had longitudinal root fracture and 7 cases were non-dental root fracture.The sensitivity,specificity,accuracy,positive predictive value and negative predictive value of CBCT examination were higher than digital X-ray dental film examination,and the differences were statistical significant(P<0.05).Conclusion CBCT was used to examine the longitudinal root fracture,with strong sensitivity,specificity and accuracy,and higher diagnostic value than digital X-ray dental film,which deserves extensive promotion and application.
