静电自组装法制备PHMB/α-ZrP及其在抗菌氨纶中的应用

摘　　要：以α-磷酸锆(α-ZrP)为载体、聚六亚甲基双胍盐酸盐(PHMB)为插层物,合成PHMB/α-ZrP抗菌复合材料,进一步结合干法纺工艺开发出胍类抗菌氨纶。借助X射线衍射仪、红外光谱仪、扫描电子显微镜、热分析仪研究了PHMB/α-ZrP的结构以及PHMB/α-ZrP对氨纶的纤维结构、力学性能及抗菌性能的影响。结果表明:PHMB成功插入α-ZrP层间,PHMB/α-ZrP的片层间距增至1.27 nm;PHMB/α-ZrP抗菌材料保留二维层状结构,PHMB的负载量为0.14 mmol/g;与普通氨纶相比,PHMB/α-ZrP对氨纶起到较好的增强作用并赋予其优异的抗菌性能,添加1.0%PHMB/α-ZrP的氨纶水洗30次后对大肠埃希菌、金黄葡萄球菌的抑菌率均达到99.9%以上,在抗菌纺织材料方面具有良好的应用前景。PHMB/α-ZrP antibacterial composite was synthesized withα-ZrP as the carrier and polyhexamethylene biguanide hydrochloride(PHMB)as the intercalation compound,and guanidine antibacterial Spandex was further de⁃veloped by dry spinning process.The structure of PHMB/α-ZrP was characterized by X-ray diffraction,infrared spec⁃trometer,scanning electron microscope and thermal analyzer.The effects of PHMB/α-ZrP on the fiber structure,me⁃chanical properties and antibacterial properties of Spandex were discussed.The results show that PHMB is successful⁃ly inserted into the interlayer ofα-ZrP,and the interlayer spacing of PHMB/α-ZrP increases to 1.27 nm.PHMB/α-ZrP antibacterial material retains two-dimensional layered structure,and the loading of PHMB is 0.14 mmol/g.Com⁃pared with ordinary Spandex,PHMB/α-ZrP can enhance Spandex and endow Spandex with excellent antibacterial properties.Spandex with 1.0%PHMB/α-ZrP has excellent antibacterial properties,and the inhibition rate of Esche⁃richia coli and Staphylococcus aureus are more than 99.9%after washing 30 times.It is also made clear that PHMB/α-ZrP has good application prospects for antibacterial textile materials.
