有色低熔点皮芯型抗菌涤纶短纤制备探讨

摘　　要：通过抗菌原料选择及皮芯原料制备,制备出对金黄葡萄球菌抗菌率为99.8%、对白链球菌抗菌率为97.9%的有色低熔点皮芯型涤纶短纤维。经40℃水洗20次后,抗菌性能保持率为95%,断裂强度为4.01 cN/dtex,断裂伸长率为55.1%。Through the selection of antibacterial raw materials and the preparation of the raw materials of the skin and core layer,the low melting point skin-core polyester staple fiber with antibacterial perfor⁃mance of 99.8%Staphylococcus aureus and 97.9%Streptococcus albicans was prepared.After 20 times of washing at 40℃,the antibacterial performance retention rate is 95%,the breaking strength is 4.01 cN/dtex and the elongation of break is 55.1%.
