摘　　要：在欧瑞康公司提供的大容量柔性化直纺装置上,利用EVO外环吹与插板冷却技术,生产高线密度多孔430 dtex/288 f十字形涤纶预取向丝(POY)产品,选择PRB104-(0.09*0.66)-0.5-144*2十字形规格的喷丝板,降低无风区的高度到55 mm,设置292~294℃的箱体温度,利用大直径长风筒和插板技术进行冷却,选择合适的冷却风压和油架高度,配置日本Marru公司特殊设计的上油嘴,对油架面板进行网格化处理,调整环境气流,最终控制涤纶POY的条干CV值在1.0%以内。On the large-capacity flexible direct spinning device provided by Oerlikon,using EVO outer ring blowing and inserting plate cooling technology,porous 430 dtex/288 f cross shape polyester pre-oriented yarn(POY)is produced.The even CV value of the polyester POY is finally controlled within 1.0%by select⁃ing PRB104-(0.09*0.66)-0.5-144*2 cross shape specification spinneret,reducing the height of the airless zone to 55 mm,setting the box temperature of 292~294℃,using large diameter long air duct and inserting plate technology for cooling,selecting the appropriate cooling air pressure and the height of the oil stand,equipping with a specially designed oiling nozzle of Japan Marru company,meshing the oil stand panel,ad⁃justing the ambient air flow.
