摘 要:随着化学工业化水平的高速发展以及国际恐怖主义威胁的增加,越来越多有毒有害化学品严重危及着作业人员的人身安全,因此高等级化学防护服的开发尤为重要。首先依据现有化学防护服标准,分析了防护服基本性能要求与现有化学防护服材料的性能特点;其次基于现有材料的不足,探究了纳米材料与生物酶材料等新型化学防护服材料;最后指出了现有化学防护服存在的问题,并对未来的发展方向进行了展望,以期为高品质防护服的研发提供一定的参考。With the rapid development of chemical industrialization and the increase of threat of internation⁃al terrorism,the personal safety of operators is endangered mobye and more toxic and harmful chemicals se⁃riously.Therefore,the development of high-grade chemical protective clothing is particularly important.Firstly,according to the standard of existing chemical protective clothing,the basic performance require⁃ments of protective clothing and the performance characteristics of existing chemical protective clothing ma⁃terials are analyzed.Secondly,based on the shortcomings of existing materials,new chemical protective clothing materials such as nano-materials and biological enzyme materials are explored.Finally,the existing problems of chemical protective clothing are pointed out and the future development trend is prospected in order to provide some reference for the research and development of high-quality protective clothing.
