摘　　要：数字化通过乡村整体价值提升和乡村数字生态系统构建内外机制,释放多重功能效应。数字化有助于提升农业质量效益和竞争力、优化乡村生产生活生态空间、健全城乡融合发展体制机制和政策体系、推动脱贫攻坚与乡村振兴有效衔接,为乡村全面振兴提供了实施路径。在加快数字化赋能乡村振兴的进程中,要浸润数字化转型与创新发展观念、培育多主体协同发展模式、完善配套基础设施、营造数字包容氛围、制定科学建设规划、强化多样化人才支撑。Digitalization releases multiple functional effects through the internal and external mechanism,which is to enhance the overall value of the village and build a rural digital ecosystem.An effective way for rural revitalization is to use digitalization as a means to improve agricultural quality,efficiency and competitiveness,optimize rural production and living ecological space,improve the urban-rural integration development system,mechanism and policy system,and promote the effective connection of poverty alleviation and rural revitalization.In the process of promoting digital empowerment of rural revitalization,it is necessary to infiltrate the development concept of rural digital transformation and innovation,cultivate a multi-subject coordinated development model,improve supporting infrastructure,create an atmosphere of digital inclusion,formulate scientific construction plans,and strengthen the support of diversified talents.
