摘 要:针对变温环境下光纤环互易性发生变化,造成光纤陀螺零偏发生漂移,从而影响工程应用精度的问题,提出了一种利用光纤环内部不同四极间温度误差相互抵消,以此提升其温度性能的混合四极对称绕制方法。首先,对光纤环进行以匝为单位的离散量化分析,获得了正负四极对称绕制的温度误差特征。其次,对几种不同绕法进行了实验测试,通过光纤环温度输出曲线与温度变化率的相关性对比分析,验证了在所提绕法中存在一种或几种最优绕法,利用该方法绕制的光纤环温度误差显著减小。最后,以仿真分析、实验修正获得的两种绕法和十六极对称绕法各绕制5只光纤环,并分别进行温度性能测试,结果显示采用混合四极对称绕制的光纤环温度性能明显较好,与十六极对称绕法相比经实验修正后的混合四极对称绕法能使光纤环温度性能提升41%。实验结果表明:所提光纤环绕法能有效提升光纤环温度性能,对工程应用具有重要的指导意义。Aiming at the problem that the fiber coil reciprocity changes and the zero deviation of the fiber optic gyroscope shifts under the condition of variable temperature,a mixed quadrupole symmetric winding method is proposed to improve the temperature performance through counteracting fiber coil temperature errors between the four layers.Firstly,the discrete quantitative analysis of fiber coil is carried out in the unit of turns,and temperature error characteristics of positive and negative quadrupole symmetric winding method are acquired.Secondly,several different winding methods are tested experimentally.By comparing and analyzing the correlation between the output curve of the fiber coil temperature and the temperature gradient,it is verified that there is one or several optimal winding methods in the proposed winding methods,which can significantly reduce the temperature error of fiber winding.Finally,two winding methods,obtained by simulation and experimental correction,and 16-polar symmetric winding method are used to wind 5 fiber coils respectively,and all fiber coils are tested separately.The results show that fiber coil with mixed quadrupole symmetry winding method is better obviously,and the modified mixed quadrupole symmetric winding method can improve fiber coil temperature performance by 41% compared with 16-polar symmetric winding method.The experimental results show that the mixed quadrupole symmetric winding method with guiding significance for engineering application can improve fiber coil temperature performance effectively.
