摘  要:为将PVA纤维束分散成单丝状态并均匀分散在沥青中,充分发挥PVA纤维在沥青路面中的加筋、吸附、阻裂作用,首先通过复合材料界面理论,对矿粉、普通水泥、粉煤灰、石墨烯4种分散粉体以及PVA纤维表面能进行测试,优选出分散粉体,将PVA纤维由束状分散成单丝状。其次采用"挤压法"将单丝PVA纤维均匀分散在沥青中,解决传统搅拌方式下纤维在沥青中绕轴分散不均的情况。最后利用动态剪切流变仪DSR对PVA沥青胶浆车辙因子进行测试。结果表明:相同表面积下,矿粉在4种分散粉体中对PVA纤维束的黏附功最大;"挤压法"能够很好地均匀分散PVA纤维于沥青中,采取了该方法后,PVA纤维对沥青胶浆的高温稳定性有较大提升。In order to disperse the PVA fiber bundles into monofilament state and evenly dispersed in asphalt, and give full play to the reinforcement, adsorption and cracking resistance of PVA fiber in asphalt pavement, firstly, through the composite interface theory, four kinds of dispersed powders of mineral powder, common cement, fly ash and graphene and the surface energy of PVA fiber are tested, and the dispersed powders are preferably selected to disperse the PVA fiber from bundles into monofilament form. Secondly, the “extrusion method” is used to disperse the monofilament PVA fibers evenly in the asphalt to solve the uneven dispersion of fibers around the axis in the asphalt under the traditional mixing method. Finally, the rutting factor of PVA asphalt slurry is tested by DSR with dynamic shear rheometer. The results show that the adhesion of mineral powder to PVA fiber bundles is the highest among the four dispersed powders with the same surface area;the “extrusion method” can well disperse PVA fibers in asphalt uniformly, and the high-temperature stability of PVA fibers in asphalt slurry is greatly improved after this method is applied.
