摘  要:采用正交试验研究了清水防腐涂层体系对黏结强度和氯化物吸收量降低效果的影响,并采用直观分析方法分析了最大影响因素,表明面层厚度对涂层的黏接强度影响最大,中间色差调整层对氯化物吸收量降低效果影响最大。提高涂层体系面层厚度不仅可提高黏结强度,还可降低氯化物吸收量降低效果,涂层体系的面层厚度与黏结强度呈二次函数关系,合理地提高涂层面层厚度可有效提高涂层黏结强度,但面层厚度超过100μm后进一步提高面层厚度,氯化物吸收量降低效果并不显著。涂层混凝土试件电通量要显著低于无涂层混凝土试件,且试件的电通量随面层厚度增加而减少,涂层厚度由200μm增加至270μm时,混凝土试件的电通量变化并不显著,混凝土电通量与面层厚度可用二次函数关系表示。The influence of anti-corrosion coating system for fair faced concrete structures on adhesive strength and the effect of reducing chloride absorption is studied through orthogonal tests, and the main influencing factors are analyzed by visual analysis method. It shows that the thickness of the surface layer has the greatest influence on the adhesive strength of the coating, and the middle layer has the greatest influence on the reduction of chloride absorption. The adhesive strength and the reducing effect of chloride absorption increase with the increasing of the surface layer, the relationship between the surface thickness and the bond strength is approximately quadratic function. However, the effect is not obvious when the thickness of the surface layer exceeds 100 μm. Furthermore, the electric flux of coated concrete is not only lower than that of uncoated concrete, but also decreases with the increasing of surface thickness. However, the change of electrical flux is not significant when the coating thickness increases from 200 μm to 270 μm, and the relationship between concrete electrical flux and surface thickness is approximately quadratic function.
