传统中药饮片调剂方式与中药配方颗粒调剂方式的比较分析

摘　　要：目的比较传统中药饮片调剂方式与中药配方颗粒调剂方式,对调剂方法进行优化。方法借助药品信息管理系统,输入查询内容(“中药饮片”“中药配方颗粒”)与时间(2019年5月—2020年5月),查询相关数据,进行统计学处理;在此期间,随机抽取就诊患者200例及从事配药工作的人员10名,开展问卷调查,并在工作人员选择、患者选择等方面,对比并分析中药配方颗粒调剂方式与传统中药饮片调剂方式。结果较之传统中药饮片调剂方式,中药配方颗粒调剂方式日渐成为首选方式。结论虽然中药配方颗粒调剂方式优势更为显著,但仍有不足之处,中医药工作者需对此持续改进与优化,将中医药优势最大程度发挥出来。Objective To compare the traditional Chinese herbal medicine preparation method with the traditional Chinese medicine formula granule preparation method,and optimize the preparation method.Methods With the aid of the drug information management system,input the query content(“Chinese medicine decoction pieces”,“Chinese medicine formula granules”)and time(May 2019-May 2020),query relevant data,and perform statistical processing;during this period,random A questionnaire survey was conducted among 200 patients and 10 people who were engaged in the dispensation of medicines.In terms of staff selection and patient selection,we compared and analyzed the preparation methods of traditional Chinese medicine granules and traditional Chinese medicine preparations.Results Compared with the traditional Chinese medicine preparation method,the important formula granule preparation method has gradually become the preferred method.Conclusion Although the advantages of traditional Chinese medicine formula granules are more significant,there are still not enough points to point out that Chinese medicine workers need to continuously improve and optimize this to maximize the advantages of Chinese medicine.
