摘　　要：不孕症是全世界关注的人类自身生殖健康问题。本篇主要是介绍余永燕主任医师用中药促孕调周法治疗排卵障碍导致的不孕症这方面的效果显著,形成了自己的治疗思路和特色,总结出了经验方。并通过面授及远程视频授课,学生在余永燕先生经验的基础上,根据南北差异,及体制辨证论治,在药物选择及剂量的加减上调整,并结合了中医特色治疗,外用中药灌肠,反复的临床实际运用治疗不孕症,屡获良效,为使更多同仁收益,并举验1则以释经验,与同道共同学习。Infertility is a human reproductive health problem of worldwide concern. This paper mainly introduces the director doctor Yu Yongyan’s treatment of infertility caused by ovulatory dysfunction with the method of promoting pregnancy and regulating weeks of Traditional Chinese medicine has a remarkable effect, formed their own treatment ideas and characteristics, summed up the experience of the formula. And through face-to-face and remote video teaching, students on the basis of Mr. Yu Yongyan experience, according to the different between the north and the south, and the syndrome differentiation and treatment system, adjust on drug selection and dosage of add and subtract, and combined with the characteristics of traditional Chinese medicine therapy, external use traditional Chinese medicine enema, the clinical treatment of infertility in actual application of repeatedly, award-winning fine effect, in order to make more profits, proven story on interpretation of the basic experience, learning together with the fellow.
