桔梗枳壳汤对反流性食管炎血浆胃肠激素和血清细胞因子的影响

摘　　要：目的探究加味桔梗枳壳汤对反流性食管炎血浆胃肠激素和血清细胞因子的影响。方法选取铁岭市中心医院2019年5月—2020年5月收治的反流性食管炎患者68例,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和试验组,各34例。对照组给予多潘立酮片每次10 mg,日3次,奥美拉唑肠溶胶囊20 mg,日2次;试验组在对照组的基础上予以加味桔梗枳壳汤,日1剂,所有患者均治疗1个月。治疗结束后对比分析2组临床疗效、血浆胃肠激素、血清细胞因子及安全性。结果与对照组相比,试验组临床总有效率较高,治疗后白细胞介素-6(Interleukin-6,IL-6)、白细胞介素-8(Interleukin-8,IL-8)及肿瘤坏死因子-α(Tumor necrosis factor-α,TNF-α)水平较低,血管活性肠肽(Vasoactive intestinal peptide,VIP)水平较低,胃动素(Recombinant motilin,MTL)和胃泌素(Gastrin,GAS)水平较高(P<0.05)。结论加味桔梗枳壳汤治疗反流性食管炎,通过改善血浆胃肠激素以及血清细胞因子,从而提高临床治疗效果,安全性较高。Objective To explore the effect of modified Jiegeng Zhike decoction on plasma gastrointestinal hormones and serum cytokines in patients with reflux esophagitis.Methods 68 patients with reflux esophagitis in our hospital from May 2019 to may 2020 were randomly divided into control group and experimental group,34 cases each.The control group received Domperidone Tablets 10mg,tid,omeprazole enteric coated capsules 20mg,bid,the experimental group received more with Jiegeng Zhike decoction,1 dose a day,and all patients were treated for 1 month.After treatment,the clinical efficacy,plasma gastrointestinal hormone,serum cytokines and safety of the two groups were compared and analyzed.Results Compared with the control group,the clinical total effective rate of the experimental group was higher,the levels of IL-6,IL-8 and TNF-αwere lower,the levels of VIP were lower,the levels of MTL and gas were higher(P<0.05).Conclusion Jiegeng Zhike decoction can improve the clinical effect and safety of reflux esophagitis by improving plasma gastrointestinal hormone and serum cytokines.
