猪苓汤治疗复发性细菌性阴道病临床观察

摘　　要：目的通过观察猪苓汤加减联合甲硝唑阴道片外用,从中医证候、实验室指标的改善情况,阐述中西医结合治疗复发性细菌性阴道病(Bacterial vaginosis,BV)的有效性及预防BV复发的可行性。方法选取2017年9月—2020年3月医院妇科门诊100例湿热兼阴虚BV患者,随机分成治疗组、对照组,各50例。治疗组以猪苓汤为基础方随证加减口服,联合甲硝唑阴道片外用1周;对照组单纯予甲硝唑阴道片外用1周。对2组的临床疗效、中医证候积分、实验室指标及6个月、12个月的复发率进行对比。结果治疗组在总有效率方面、改善中医证候积分方面、复发率方面优于对照组,在实验室指标改善方面与对照组相比,差异均无统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论猪苓汤加减联合甲硝唑阴道片治疗复发性BV疗效显著,并能有效降低复发率。Objective This study observed the improvements of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)syndrome and laboratory index by using modified Zhuling decoction combined with external Metronidazole tablets,the effectively and feasibility of treating or preventing recurrent bacterial vaginosis.Methods From September 2017 to March 2020,100 patients with damp-heat and Yin deficiency BV in the department of gynecology of our hospital were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,with 50 cases in each group.The treatment group was treated with oral treatment based on Zhuling decoction,combined with metronidazole vaginal tablet for 1 week.The control group was given metronidazole vaginal tablets for topical use for 1 week.The clinical efficacy,TCM syndrome score,laboratory index and recurrence rate at 6 and 12 months were compared between the two groups.Results The treatment group was superior to the control group in terms of total effective rate,TCM syndrome score improvement and recurrence rate,and there was no statistical significance in the improvement of laboratory indicators compared with the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The recurrent bacterial vaginosis could be cured significantly by making use of modified Zhuling decoction combined with external Metronidazole tablets.The rate of relapse was effectively reduced.
