当归四逆汤联合中药熏洗治疗糖尿病周围神经病变临床观察

摘　　要：目的分析糖尿病周围神经病变患者应用当归四逆汤加味联合中药熏洗的治疗效果。方法选择大连市妇女儿童医疗中心2019年1月—2020年5月收治的82例糖尿病周围神经病变患者为研究对象,根据随机掷骰子法分对照组和观察组,各41例,对照组常规治疗,观察组当归四逆汤加味联合中药熏洗治疗,对比疗效。结果观察组治疗总有效率92.68%(38/41)高于对照组75.61%(31/41)(P<0.05),治疗前,2组患者神经功能系统评分无差异,护理3周后,观察组(5.6±2.5)分明显低于对照组(7.4±2.1)分(P<0.05)。结论当归四逆汤联合中药熏治疗糖尿病周围神经病变效果明显,改善患者的神经功能,疗效理想,要重视。Objective To analyze the therapeutic effect of Danggui Sini decoction combined with traditional Chinese medicine fumigation and washing in patients with diabetic peripheral neuropathy.Methods A total of 82 patients with diabetic peripheral neuropathy admitted to Dalian Women and Children’s Medical Center from January 2019 to May 2020 were selected as subjects.According to random dice method,they were divided into two groups:the control group received conventional treatment,and the observation group received treatment with the addition of Danggui Sini decoction combined with Chinese medicine fumigation.The therapeutic effect was compared.Results The total effective rate in the observation group was 92.68%(38/41)higher than that in the control group 75.61%(31/41)(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no difference in neurological function system score between the two groups.After 3 weeks of nursing,the score in the observation group was(5.6±2.5)significantly lower than that in the control group(7.4±2.1)(P<0.05).Conclusion Danggui Sini decoction combined with traditional Chinese medicine fumigation and washing is effective in treating diabetic peripheral neuropathy,improving the neurological function of patients.The curative effect is ideal,and we should pay attention to it.
