摘　　要：目的探讨从寒论治阳明经穴位贴敷联合温里熏蒸对腰椎间盘突出患者腰椎功能和生活质量的影响。方法选取2019年1月—2020年6月在大连市中医医院外科骨B病房就诊的50例腰椎间盘突出症患者,按照随机数字表法分组,每组25例,对照组常规治疗,试验组采取从寒论治阳明经穴位贴敷联合温里熏蒸。比较2组患者治疗后1~3周视觉疼痛模拟量表(Visual analogue scale,VAS)评分以及生活质量评分。结果试验组患者治疗后1、2、3周VAS评分低于对照组患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组生活质量评分优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对腰椎间盘突出症患者,从寒论治效果显著,可以有效降低患者的疼痛,提高生活质量,值得推广。Objective To explore the effect of Yangming meridian acupoint application combined with activating blood circulation and removing blood stasis fumigation on lumbar spine function and quality of life in patients with lumbar disc herniation.Methods 50 patients with lumbar disc herniation who admitted to Dalian Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2019 to June 2020 were divided into groups according to the number table method.25 patients in the control group received conventional treatment,and 25 patients in the experimental group received fumigation with Yangming meridian acupoint sticking combined with activating blood circulation and removing blood stasis.VAS scores and quality of life scores were compared between the two groups 1 week and 3 weeks after treatment.Results VAS score of experimental group was lower than that of control group at 1,2 and 3 weeks after treatment,the difference was statistically significant(P0.05).The score of quality of life in experimental group was better than that in control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion For patients with lumbar intervertebral disc herniation,yangming acupuncture point sticking combined with activating blood and removing blood stasis fumigation has obvious clinical effect and high safety,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
