因时制宜护理原则联合八脉交会穴贴敷对心衰病的效果探讨

摘　　要：目的探讨因时制宜护理原则联合八脉交会穴贴敷对心衰病的效果,以便指导临床治疗。方法选取大连市中医医院心内科在2018年12月—2020年1月收治的120例心衰病患者,随机分组,对照组60例采取常规护理,试验组60例采取因时制宜护理原则联合八脉交会穴贴敷,比较2组患者的临床有效率和护理前后血浆脑钠钛(Plasma brain natriuretic peptide,BNP)值。结果试验组临床总有效率为96.67%(58/60),对照组临床总有效率为85.00%(51/60),试验组优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);2组患者治疗前BNP值差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),试验组患者治疗后BNP值优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对于心衰病患者采取因时制宜护理原则联合八脉交会穴贴敷可以有效改善临床症状,提高生活质量,值得推广。Objective To explore the clinical significance of acupoint application combined with TCM quality nursing for heart failure patients,so as to guide the clinical treatment.Methods 120 patients with heart failure admitted to Dalian Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from December 2018 to January 2020 were randomly divided into two groups:60 patients in the control group received routine nursing,and 60 patients in the experimental group received acupoint application combined with TCM quality nursing on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficiency and BNP value before and after nursing were compared between the two groups.Results The total clinical effective rate of the experimental group was 96.67%(58/60),and that of the control group was 85.00%(51/60).The experimental group was better than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in BNP value between 2 groups before treatment(P>0.05),and BNP value of experimental group was better than control group after treatment,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion For patients with heart failure,acupoint application combined with TCM quality nursing can effectively improve the clinical symptoms and improve the quality of life,which is worthy of promotion.
