循证护理配合耳穴指压对肺癌放疗患者癌因性疲乏的影响

摘　　要：目的探究循证护理配合耳穴指压对肺癌放疗患者癌因性疲乏的影响。方法选取2018年1月—2019年12月江西省肿瘤医院70例肺癌放疗患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法,划分对照组和观察组,每组35例,对照组采用循证护理,观察组实施循证护理联合耳穴指压,比较2组患者癌因性疲乏评分、治疗依从性评分、生活质量评分。结果干预后,观察组患者的癌因性疲乏评分显著低于对照组;观察组患者的依从性评分高于对照组;观察组患者的生活质量评分高于对照组,2组之间比较差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在肺癌放疗患者中应用循证护理配合耳穴指压,患者癌因性疲乏改善明显,患者的依从性、生活质量显著提高,值得推广。Objective To explore the effect of evidence-based nursing combined with auricular point and finger pressure on cancer-related fatigue of lung cancer patients undergoing radiotherapy.Methods 70 cases of lung cancer patients with radiotherapy in Jiangxi Provincial Cancer Hospital from January 2018 to December 2019 were selected as the research objects,and randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,35 cases in each group.The control group was given evidence-based nursing,while the observation group was given evidence-based nursing combined with auricular acupressure.The cancer-related fatigue score,treatment compliance score and quality of life score of the two groups were compared.Results After the intervention,the cancer-related fatigue score of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group;the compliance score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group;the quality of life score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,with significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of evidence-based nursing combined with auricular point and finger pressure in lung cancer patients with radiotherapy can significantly improve cancer-related fatigue,patients’compliance and quality of life.
