中药坐浴结合穴位按摩对肛肠术后伤口愈合、感染及疼痛的影响

摘　　要：目的探究中药坐浴结合穴位按摩在肛肠手术患者中的应用效果。方法选取南昌市洪都中医院2017年8月—2019年8月收治的行肛肠手术患者92例,按随机数字表法分为2组,各46例。对照组采用常规护理,观察组加用中药坐浴结合穴位按摩护理。对比2组疼痛持续时间、创面愈合时间、消肿程度及疼痛评分和并发症发生情况。结果观察组疼痛持续时间、创面愈合时间均短于对照组,消肿程度评分高于对照组,疼痛评分低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组伤口感染、头晕、恶心等并发症总发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中药坐浴结合穴位按摩可促进肛肠术后伤口愈合,降低并发症发生率,减轻疼痛感,能够充分发挥中医干预在促进肛肠术后创面愈合的优势及特色,值得推广应用。Objective To explore the application effect of traditional Chinese medicine hip bath combined with acupoint massage in patients undergoing anorectal surgery.Methods 92 patients who received anorectal surgery in Nanchang Hongdu Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from August 2017 to August 2019 were selected and divided into two groups according to the random number table method,with 46 patients in each group.The control group was treated with routine nursing,and the observation group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine hip bath combined with acupoint massage.Pain duration,wound healing time,swelling degree,pain score and complications were compared between the two groups.Results The pain duration and wound healing time of the observation group were shorter than those of the control group,and the degree of swelling reduction score was higher than that of the control group,while the pain score was lower than that of the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).The total incidence of wound infection,dizziness,nausea and other complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant.Conclusion Traditional Chinese medicine hip bath combined with acupoint massage can promote wound healing after anorectal surgery,reduce the incidence of complications,reduce pain,can give full play to the advantages and characteristics of traditional Chinese medicine intervention in promoting wound healing after anorectal surgery,and is worthy of promotion and application.
