摘　　要：叶下珠属植物是目前广泛应用于少数民族医药的一类植物,其中多种植物在抗肿瘤方面有明显的作用和巨大的潜力。本文主要综述叶下珠属中多种不同植物抗肿瘤的作用,概括了叶下珠属植物抗肿瘤的有效成分、抗肿瘤机制等,其中着重从阻滞细胞周期、诱导细胞凋亡以及调节细胞信号转导通路等多个方面阐述了叶下珠属不同植物抗肿瘤的机制,旨在发现新的抗肿瘤机制以及为未来临床抗肿瘤用药提供参考。Phyllanthus are used in many fields of Minority Medicine.Some of the plants have effect or potential in anti-tumor treatment.This paper mainly reviews the anticancer effects of plants in Phyllanthus,outlining the active ingredients,the anti-tumor mechanisms and so on,emphasizing on the obstruction of cell cycle,induction of apoptosis,regulation of cellular signal,transduction pathways.This essay aims to identify new anti-tumor mechanisms and to provide reference for future clinical anti-tumor drugs.
