黄连主要成分小檗碱的临床药理作用探析

摘　　要：黄连作为常用传统中药,具有清热泻火、燥湿解毒等功效。其主要活性成分小檗碱一直被关注,尤其用于传统的治疗腹泻。近年来,对小檗碱的研究不断深入,发现其在治疗心血管疾病、糖尿病、肿瘤、炎症及抗菌、抗病毒方面有多种药理作用。此文对黄连有效成分小檗碱的临床药理作用及研究进展做简要综述。As a common traditional Chinese medicine,Coptis chinensis has the effects of clearing heat,purging fire,drying dampness and detoxification.Berberine,the main active component of berberine,has been widely used in the treatment of diarrhea.In recent years,the research of berberine has been deepened,and it has been found that berberine has a variety of pharmacological effects in the treatment of cardiovascular disease,diabetes,tumor,inflammation,antibacterial and antiviral prescription.In this paper,the clinical pharmacological effects and research progress of berberine,an effective component of Coptis chinensis,were reviewed.
