摘　　要：病态窦房结综合征属缓慢型心律失常,是窦房结及其周围组织病变导致其冲动形成和传导障碍,并可伴有不同程度的脑、心、肾等供血不足症状,严重的病例可发生阿-斯综合征和猝死。该综合征属于中医学“心悸”“厥证”等病的范畴。根据病态窦房结综合征气虚、阳虚、血瘀等特点,作者结合临床经验,按照中医辨证施治原则,从中医对病态窦房结综合征的基本认识、治疗方法以及药理实验研究等方面进行了阐述。在治疗方法上分别采用补气、温阳、活血、温经升阳法治疗,可提高临床治疗效果。Sick sinus syndrome is a slow type of arrhythmia.It is the pathology of the sinus node and its surrounding tissues,leading to impulse formation and conduction disorders,and it can be accompanied by varying degrees of blood supply insufficiency symptoms such as brain,heart,and kidney.Of the cases,Adams-stokes syndrome and sudden death can occur.The syndrome belongs to the category of diseases such as“palpitations”,“spleen paralysis”and“jue syndrome”in traditional Chinese medicine(TCM).According to the characteristics of sick sinus qi deficiency,yang deficiency,and blood stasis,the author combined clinical experience,according to the principles of TCM syndrome differentiation and treatment,and explained the basic understanding of sick sinus,treatment methods and pharmacological experimental research in TCM.In terms of treatment methods,the methods of invigorating qi,warming yang,promoting blood circulation,and warming yang and raising yang can be used to improve the clinical treatment effect.
