摘　　要：欧亚经济联盟作为区域一体化新的参与者,其成立与发展始终是国际社会关注的热点问题。该研究通过贸易规模、占比、结构和依存度等指标对欧亚经济联盟内部贸易发展进行了评估。结果表明,欧亚经济联盟的成立并没有有效促进联盟内部贸易的发展,联盟内部贸易不仅规模小、占比低,而且结构低度化问题突出,联盟对外部市场的依赖远超对内部市场的依赖。欧亚经济联盟并非是一个简单的经济组织,内部贸易发展也并非是联盟成立的主要目的,而是其主导国对生存空间拓展的现实需要,由此引发了对欧亚经济联盟成立与发展的一些思考和启示。This study conducts an evaluation of the intra-EEU trade using indices including the volume,share,structure and degree of dependence of trade,etc.The findings indicate that the founding of the EEU has not effectively promoted the intra-regional trade as demonstrated by the small size in intra-regional trade,low ratio of trade volume,and insufficient trade structure.The dependence on external markets is far greater than on the internal ones.It is concluded that the founding of the EEU is resulted from realistic demands of the dominating country for a space of survival rather than a simple economic organization and the development of intraregional trade is not the major cause of its foundation.
