摘　　要：创新是引领发展的第一动力,保护知识产权就是保护创新。知识产权保护工作关系国家治理体系和治理能力现代化,关系着国家对外开放的大局,同时也关系着国家安全。因此,打击侵犯知识产权行为、加强知识产权保护,既是推动国家高质量发展,优化营商环境,构建高水平开放型经济新体制的内在需要,也是保护我国自主研发关键核心技术、防范化解重大风险的有力保证。中国司法大数据研究院依托人民法院大数据管理和服务平台,联合国务院发展研究中心产权制度基础领域研究组,对2006年9月1日至2020年9月30日全国各级人民法院审结常见知识产权侵权案件情况进行深入分析,全面梳理和分析了全国常见知识产权侵权案件情况,旨在为法院的案件管理、相关部门的治理决策以及学术研究提供参考,从而全面增强知识产权司法保护力度,积极发挥知识产权司法保护的主导作用。Innovation is the first driving power for development.To protect innovation,the protection of intellectual property is necessary.It is related to the modernization of the national governance system and governance capacity,as well as national security.Cracking down on the infringement of IPR and strengthening the protection of IPR are not only the internal requirements of economic transformation and high-quality development,but also the needs of expanding opening-up and integrating into economic globalization.For serving the relevant departments to effectively improve in case management and governance decision-making,strengthen and actively play a leading role in the judicial protection of intellectual property rights,basing on the People's Court's Big Data Management and Service Platform,China Judicial Big Data Research Institute,together with the Property Rights System Foundation Research Group of the Development Research Center of the State Council,conducted an in-depth analysis of the common intellectual property rights infringement cases adjudicated by China people's courts from September 1,2006 to September 30,2020,comprehensively combing and analyzing the common intellectual property rights infringement cases in China.
