省域视角下科技知识供应链的运行效率评价

摘　　要：[目的/意义]旨在诊断我国科技领域知识供应链的效率问题,把握投入产出资源配置状况,从而发挥知识供应链的资源和经济效能,进而在知识供应链高效运转的过程中逐步实现知识经济效益的最大化。[方法/过程]以我国31个省市为研究对象,运用DEA-BCC模型和系统聚类分析方法分析了科技知识供应链的效率情况及投入产出差异。[结果/结论]我国31个省市科技知识供应链的运行效率状况良好,且在分布区域上呈现出东部较强和西部较弱的特征,整体无效的省份偏多,不利于科技领域的良性发展。从投入产出类型来看,投入偏高而产出偏低是知识供应链无效的主要原因,资源配置不够合理,需要对现有投入产出结构进行优化。[Purpose/significance]The paper is to diagnose the efficiency of the knowledge supply chain in the field of science and technology in our country,grasp the allocation of input and output resources,so as to give play to the resources and economic efficiency of the knowledge supply chain,and then gradually realize the maximization of knowledge economic benefits in the process of the efficient operation of the knowledge supply chain.[Method/process]The paper takes 31 provinces and cities as the research objects,uses DEA-BCC model and systematic clustering analysis method to analyze the efficiency of the scientific and technological knowledge supply chain and the difference in input and output.[Result/conclusion]The efficiency of the scientific and technological knowledge supply chain in 31 provinces and cities in our country is good,and the distribution area presents the characteristics of being stronger in the east and weaker in the west.There are too many provinces that are generally invalid,which is not conducive to the sound development of the science and technology field.From the perspective of input-output types,high input and low output are the main reasons for the ineffectiveness of the knowledge supply chain.The allocation of resources is not reasonable enough,and the existing input-output structure needs to be optimized.
