牡蛎散合生脉饮治疗甲亢临床观察

摘　　要：目的探讨牡蛎散合生脉饮在甲状腺功能亢进症(简称甲亢)患者中的实施意义。方法将2019年3月—2020年2月在院治疗的106例甲亢患者作为研究对象,按照抽签的方式分为对照组与观察组,每组53例。对照组实行常规治疗,观察组则给予牡蛎散合生脉饮进行治疗,2组均治疗2个月,对比2组患者的治疗效果,血清FT_(3)、FT_(4)、TSH水平的变化和及肝功能变化情况(AST、TBIL、ALT)。对牡蛎散合生脉饮的应用价值予以客观评价。结果观察组患者的治疗总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者血清FT_(3)、FT_(4)、TSH水平的改善程度优于对照组;患者的肝功能变化情况(AST、TBIL、ALT)均优于对照组,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论牡蛎散合生脉饮可有效提高甲亢患者的治疗有效率,显著改善了血清FT_(3)、FT_(4)、TSH水平和肝功能变化情况,取得了良好效果,可继续推广使用。Objective To explore the implementation significance of Muli powder combined with Shengmai drink in patients with hyperthyroidism.Methods 106 cases of hyperthyroidism treated in our hospital from March 2019 to February 2020 were selected as the research objects,and they were divided into control group and observation group by drawing lots,with 53 cases in each group.The control group was given routine treatment,while the observation group was given Muli powder combined with Shengmai decoction for 2 months.The therapeutic effect,serum FT_(3),FT_(4),TSH levels and liver function(AST,TBIL,ALT)were compared between the two groups.The application value of Muli powder and Shengmai drink was evaluated.Results The effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05);the changes of serum FT_(3),FT_(4),TSH levels in the observation group were decreased,and the improvement degree was better than that of the control group;the changes of liver function(AST,TBIL,ALT)in the observation group were better than those in the control group,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Muli powder combined with Shengmai drink can effectively improve the treatment efficiency of hyperthyroidism patients,significantly improve the serum FT_(3),FT_(4),TSH levels and liver function changes,and achieved good results,which can be further promoted.
