迟华基教授治疗痤疮经验浅谈

摘　　要：痤疮是毛囊皮脂腺的一种慢性炎症性皮肤病,可导致炎症后色素沉着和永久性瘢痕,主要好发于青少年,对其身心健康影响较大。西药治疗痤疮不良反应较多,药物应用具有局限性。中医药治疗痤疮有不良反应小,效果显著的优势。迟华基教授提出阳气郁闭与痤疮的产生密不可分,主张发散阳郁、调理脾胃、疏肝理气治疗痤疮。临床效果较好。Acne is a chronic inflammato ry skin disease of hair follicle sebaceous glands,which can lead to pigmentation and permanent scar after inflammation.It mainly occurs in teenagers and has a great impact on their physical and mental health.There are many side effects of western medicine on acne,and the application of western medicine is limited.Traditional Chinese medicine treatment of acne with small adverse reactions,significant effect,plays a unique advantage.Professor Chi Huaji proposed that yangqi closure was closely related to the production of acne and advocated that treating acne by dispersing yangyu,Invigorating spleen and harmonizing stomach,soothing liver qi.And the clinical effect was better.
