摘　　要：慢性萎缩性胃炎是消化系统常见病及难治病之一。目前现代医学对慢性萎缩性胃炎及癌前病变尚无满意的治疗方法。中医药治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎有着独特的优势,并且取得良好疗效。郑亮教授治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎有独到经验,作者跟师抄方多年,将郑亮教授治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎及癌前病变经验归纳为4条:抑肝扶脾调情志;活血行气护胃膜;二猫二参防癌变;獐宝健运调脾胃,对临床有一定的启发和借鉴意义。Chronic atrophic gastritis(CAG)is one of the common and refractory diseases of the digestive system.At present,modern medicine has no satisfactory treatment for chronic atrophic gastritis and precancerous lesions.Traditional Chinese medicine has unique advantages in the treatment of this disease,and has achieved very good effects.Professor Zheng Liang has unique experience in the treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis.The author has copied the prescriptions from his teacher for many years,and summarized Professor Zheng Liang’s experience in treating chronic atrophic gastritis and precancerous lesions into four points:modified Yigan powder,suppressing the liver,strengthening the spleen,and adjusting emotions.Wuqi powder promoting blood circulation and promoting qi to protect the gastric membrane,Maozhuacao,Maorenshen and Siyeshen to prevent cancer,zhangbao to strengthen the body and regulate immunity.These methods have certain enlightenment and reference significance to the clinic treatment.
