摘　　要：此文报道儿童难治性肾病综合征并发蛋白丢失性胃肠病病案1例,主要从临床表现、诊治分析、治疗等方面进行阐述,为儿童肾病综合征并发蛋白丢失性胃肠病患者的临床诊治提供思路。建议临床上肾病综合征患者中,若存在蛋白尿转阴后,仍长期低蛋白血症者,应当考虑蛋白从胃肠道丢失可能,避免漏诊、误诊,延误病情和治疗。This paper reports a case of refractory nephrotic synd rome complicated with protein loss gastroenteropathy in a child,mainly from the clinical manifestations,diagnosis and treatment analysis,treatment and other aspects.It provide ideas for the clinical diagnosis and treatment of children with nephrotic syndrome complicated with albumin loss gastrointestinal disease.It is suggested that the possibility of protein loss from gastrointestinal tract should be considered in patients with nephrotic syndrome who still have long-term hypoproteinemia after proteinuria turns negative,avoid missed diagnosis,misdiagnosis,delay of disease and treatment.
