无比山药丸治疗肾气不固型肾性血尿临床观察

摘　　要：目的分析无比山药丸加减治疗肾气不固型肾性血尿的临床疗效。方法选取2019年1月—2020年3月本溪市中医院治疗的肾气不固型肾性血尿患者100例,按照患者治疗药物的不同分为观察组(无比山药丸加减联合常规治疗)和对照组(常规治疗),对比分析2组患者治疗后临床疗效、尿液理化指标、中医证候积分(腰膝酸软、倦怠乏力、头晕耳鸣)。结果与对照组相对比,观察组治疗后中医证候积分降低更明显,尿液理化指标改善更为明显,临床疗效更佳,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对肾气不固型肾性血尿患者采用无比山药丸加减治疗,可有效提高患者临床治疗效果,改善患者临床指标,降低中医证候积分,值得临床推广。Objective To analyze the clinical effect of the addition and subtraction of Wubi Shanyao pills in the treatment of renal hematuria with kidney qi deficiency.Methods from January 2019 to March 2020 in our hospital for the treatment of kidney gas not type 100 patients with renal hematuria,according to different divided into observation group of patients treatment drugs(mountain pill add with routine therapy)and control group(routine treatment).The clinical efficacy,physical and chemical indexes of urine,TCM syndrome scores(waist and knee acid and soft,tiredness and fatigue,dizziness and tinnitus)of the two groups were compared and an-alyzed.Results Compared with the control group,the reduction of TCM symptom scores after treatment was more obvious in the ob-servation group,the improvement of physical and chemical indexes of urine was more obvious,and the clinical efficacy was better,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion In patients with renal hematuria due to kidney qi deficiency,Wubi Shanyao pills can effectively improve the clinical treatment effect,improve the clinical indicators of patients,and reduce the syndrome score of traditional Chinese medicine,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
