香砂六君子汤加味对腹腔镜全麻术后恶心呕吐的预防效果分析

摘　　要：目的探讨香砂六君子汤加味对腹腔镜全麻术后恶心呕吐(Postoperative nausea and vomiting,PONV)的预防效果。方法选取2018年1月—2020年5月行腹腔镜全麻患者63例,按随机数字表法分为2组。对照组术后予以盐酸托烷司琼,基于此,给予观察组香砂六君子汤加味。结果观察组PONV初次发生时间(6.9 4±0.52)h晚于对照组(5.36±0.41)h,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组PONV程度评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组PONV发生率仅为9.6 8%(3/31),低于对照组31.25%(10/32),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组用药后不良反应发生率6.45%(2/31),低于对照组28.13%(9/32),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论香砂六君子汤加味可有效延缓腹腔镜全身麻醉PONV初次发生时间,降低患者恶心呕吐程度,减少PONV发生率,且安全性较好。Objective To investigate the preventive effect of Xiangsha Liujunzi decoction on postoperative nausea and vomiting(PONV) after laparoscopic general anesthesia. Methods 63 patients with laparoscopic general anesthesia in our hospital from January 2018 to May 2020 were randomly divided into two groups. The control group was given tropisetron hydrochloride after operation,based on this, the observation group was given Xiangsha Liujunzi decoction. Results The first occurrence time of PONV in the observation group was(6.9 4 ± 0.52) h, which was later than that of the control group(5.36 ± 0.41) h, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05), the nvas score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05), the incidence of PONV in the observation group was only 9.68%(3/31), lower than that in the control group 31.25%(10/32), the difference was statistically significant( P<0.05), the incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was6.45%(2/31), lower than that in the control group 28.13 %(9/32), the difference was statistically significant( P <0.05). Conclusion Xiangsha Liujunzi decoction can effectively delay the first occurrence time of PONV, reduce the degree of nausea and vomiting,reduce the incidence of PONV, and has good safety.
