补中益气汤加温针治疗围绝经期气虚型盆腔器官脱垂临床观察

摘　　要：目的探讨补中益气汤结合温针灸治疗围绝经期气虚型盆腔器官脱垂的临床疗效。方法选择在2018年7月—2019年9月于辽宁中医药大学附属医院治疗盆腔器官脱垂患者中选取轻中度气虚型盆腔器官脱垂者,共40例,随机分为温针组和生物组。温针组行补中益气汤结合温针疗法,生物组行补中益气汤结合盆底生物反馈电刺激疗法,疗程1个月。比较2组治疗后3、6个月盆底功能障碍问卷简表20(PFDI-20)评分、中医症状积分及盆腔器官脱垂定量(POP-Q)分度。结果温针组与生物组比较,治疗后3个月和6个月PFDI-20评分(P=0.001、P=0.215)、治疗后3个月中医症状积分(P=0.036、P=0.033)及POP-Q分度的改善优于生物组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论补中益气汤加温针疗法治疗轻中度气虚型盆腔器官脱垂的临床疗效优于补中益气汤加盆底生物反馈电刺激疗法,近期效果更为显著。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of BuzhongYiqi decoction combined with needle warming therapy on treating the pelvic organ prolapse of syndrome of qi deficiency in perimenopausal period.Methods 40 subjects were randomly divided into acupuncture group and biological group.The acupuncture group was treated with Buzhong Yiqi decoction and warm acupuncture,the patients in biological group were treated with Buzhong Yiqi decoction and biofeedback electrical stimulation.All the patients received treatment for 1 month.The effectiveness of two therapies were evaluated by the scores of TCM syndrome,PFDI-20 questionnaire score and POP-Q grading with statistical analysis.The scores were recorded before and after treatment.Results After treatment,this study reported a significant difference in favor of acupuncture group for PFDI-20 questionnaire score,TCM symptom score and POP-Q grading between acupuncture group and biological group.Conclusion The pelvic organ prolapse with mild to moderate qi deficiency syndrome can be well treated with Buzhong Yiqi decoction and warm acupuncture,which is better than the treatment of Buzhong Yiqi decoction and biofeedback electrical stimulation.
