清热理血汤治疗急性盆腔炎临床观察

摘　　要：目的探究清热理血汤加减对急性盆腔炎患者临床疗效及对血清炎性因子的影响。方法选取2019年1月—2019年12月中国医科大学附属盛京医院妇科收治的急性盆腔炎患者70例,随机分为试验组和对照组,各35例。对照组患者接受常规西医治疗方案,乳酸左氧氟沙星氯化钠注射液100 mL静脉滴注,每日2次;替硝唑注射液100 mL静脉滴注,每日2次,试验组在对照组基础上给予清热理血汤治疗,日1剂。2组患者均以7 d为1个疗程,连续治疗2个疗程。对比2组临床疗效、中医证候积分、血清CRP、IL-2、GM-CSF及不良反应。结果治疗后与对照组临床总有效率71.43% (25/35)相比,试验组临床总有效率91.43%(32/35)较高(P<0.05);与对照组相比,试验组患者中医证候积分较低,血清CRP、IL-2、GM-CSF较低(P<0.05);2组患者不良反应发生率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论清热理血汤加减应用于急性盆腔炎疗效确切,能够显著改善患者临床症状,减轻机体内炎症反应,安全性高。Objective To explore the clinical effect of Qingre Lixue decoction on acute pelvic inflammatory patients and the influence on serum inflammatory factors.Methods 70 cases of acute pelvic inflammatory disease in our hospital were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group,35 cases each.The control group received routine western medicine treatment,levofloxacin lactate and sodium chloride injection 100 ml iv,bid,tinidazole injection 100 ml iv,bid,and the experimental group received mote with Qingre Lixue decoction,and 7 days as a course of treatment,2 groups were treated for 2 courses.The clinical efficacy,TCM syndrome score,serum CRP,IL-2,GM-CSF and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results Compared with the control group 71.43%(25/35),the total clinical effective rate of the experimental group 91.43%(32/35) was higher(P<0.05),the TCM syndrome score of the experimental group was higher,the serum CRP,IL-2,GM-CSF were lower,and there was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Qingre Lixue Decoction in the treatment of acute pelvic inflammation has definite effect,it can significantly improve the clinical symptoms of patients,reduce the inflammatory reaction in the body,and has high safety.
