排毒尪痹汤对类风湿关节炎患者细胞因子及抗CCP抗体的影响

摘　　要：目的探究排毒尪痹汤对类风湿关节炎患者细胞因子及抗CCP抗体的影响。方法选取2019年5月—2020年5月中国医科大学附属盛京医院内分泌科诊治的类风湿关节炎患者74例,根据随机数字表法分为对照组和试验组,各37例。对照组给予扶他林软膏;试验组在对照组的基础上予以排毒尪痹汤,结束后对比分析2组临床疗效、血清肿瘤坏死因子(TNF-α)、白细胞介素-1β(IL-1β)、血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)、抗CCP抗体水平及不良反应发生情况。结果与对照组相比,试验组总有效率较高(P<0.05),与对照组相比,试验组血清TNF-α、IL-1β、VEGF、anti-CCP抗体水平较低(P<0.05)。结论排毒尪痹汤对类风湿关节炎患者临床疗效显著,能够缓解临床症状,下调CCP抗体水平,调节细胞因子。Objective To explore the effect of Paidu Wangbi decoction on cytokines and anti CCP antibody in patients with rheumatoid arthritis.Methods 74 patients with rheumatoid arthritis in endocrinology department of Shengjing Hospital Affiliated to China Medical University were collected and randomly divided into control group and experimental group,37 cases in each group.The control group received Votalin ointment,the experimental group received more with Paidu Wangbi decoction.The clinical efficacy,serum tumor necrosis factor(TNF-α),interleukin-1β(IL-1β), vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF),anti CCP antibody levels and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results Compared with the control group,the total effective rate of the experimental group was higher(P<0.05),and the serum levels of TNF-α,IL-1β,VEGF and anti CCP antibody in the experimental group were lower(P<0.05).Conclusion Paidu Wangbi decoction has significant clinical effect on patients with rheumatoid arthritis,alleviates clinical symptoms,and has a relatively good overall therapeutic effect.It can lower the level of CCP antibody and regulate cytokines.
