羚羊角粉联合清胃散治疗三叉神经痛临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察羚羊角粉联合清胃散加味治疗三叉神经痛对患者疼痛的影响以及临床应用效果。方法选取从北京崇文门中医医院院门诊部2018年4月—2019年12月收治的三叉神经痛患者中依照纳排标准选取74例,依照单盲法随机分为西药组(卡马西平片联合羚羊角粉治疗)和中药组(在西药组的基础上联合清胃散加味治疗),并对最终疗效进行判定对比。结果在对2组患者的治疗有效率方面对比,中药组94.59%(35/37)患者的治疗总有效率明显高于西药组75.68%(28/37);2组患者治疗后疼痛评分比较,中药组明显低于西药组(P<0.05);2组不良反应发生率对比,中药组低于西药组,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论羚羊角粉联合清胃散加味在三叉神经痛患者的临床治疗中,相较于常规西药治疗具有治疗效果更显著、安全性更高的优势,在临床应用中更具实施优势,建议推广。Objective To observe the effect of antelope horn powder combined with Qingwei San in the treatment of trigeminal neuralgia,and the effect of clinical application.Methods 74 patients with trigeminal neuralgia admitted to the outpatient department of Beijing Chongwenmen Hospital were selected according to the criteria of inclusion and discharge(selection time:April 2018-December 2019),and were randomly divided into western medicine group(carbamazepine combined with carbamazepine tablets)according to the single-blind method Antelope horn powder treatment and Chinese medicine group(combined with Qingwei powder on the basis of western medicine group),and compare the final curative effect.Results Comparing the effective rate of treatment between the two groups of patients,the total effective rate of the Chinese medicine group 94.59%(35/37) was significantly higher than that of the western medicine group 75.68%(28/37);the pain scores of the two groups of patients after treatment were significantly lower than that of the Chinese medicine group Western medicine group(P<0.05);the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups was compared,the Chinese medicine group was lower than the western medicine group,but there was no significant difference(P>0.05).Conclusion In the clinical treatment of patients with trigeminal neuralgia,antelope horn powder combined with Qingwei powder has the advantages of more significant therapeutic effect and higher safety than conventional western medicine,and it has more implementation advantages in clinical application.
