混元灸治疗脾肾阳虚型多囊卵巢综合征卵泡发育障碍临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察混元灸对多囊卵巢综合征卵泡发育障碍的临床疗效。方法选取南昌市洪都中医院2018年6月—2019年12月60例临床辨证为脾肾阳虚型多囊卵巢综合征的患者随机分为2组,每组30例,治疗组用混元灸治疗,对照组采用普通针刺治疗,观察2组卵泡发育情况。结果治疗组总有效率为76.7%(23/30),对照组总有效率73.3%(22/30),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。2组治疗后卵泡发育,子宫内膜厚度/阳虚证评分都有改善,2组差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);2组治疗后阳虚症状评分比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论混元灸与普通针刺均可改善脾肾阳虚型多囊卵巢综合征患者卵泡发育障碍,在改善患者阳虚症状方面,混元灸优于普通针刺。Objective To observe the clinical effect of Hunyuan moxibustion on follicular development disorder in polycystic ovary syndrome.Methods From June 2018 to December 2019,60 patients with polycystic ovary syndrome of spleen kidney yang deficiency in Nanchang Hongdu Hospital of traditional Chinese medicine were randomly divided into two groups,with 30 cases in each group.The treatment group was treated with Hunyuan moxibustion and the control group was treated with ordinary acupuncture to observe the follicular development of the two groups.Results The total effective rate was 76.7%(23/30) in the treatment group and 73.3%(22/30) in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,follicular development and endometrial thickness/yang deficiency syndrome score were improved in both groups.It showed that there was no statistically significant difference between the two groups(P> 0.05).After treatment,It showed that the scores of symptoms of yang deficiency in the two groups was statistically significant different(P <0.05).Conclusion Hunyuan moxibustion and common acupuncture can improve the follicular development disorder in patients with spleen-kidney yang deficiency polycystic ovary syndrome.
