摘　　要：目的探讨腧穴热敏化艾灸治疗脊髓型颈椎病减压术后C;神经根麻痹的效果。方法回顾性分析2017年1月—2020年2月于江西中医药大学附属医院接受治疗的76例脊髓型颈椎病减压术后C;神经根麻痹患者资料,根据治疗方式不同分为对照组(38例)和观察组(38例)。对照组采用甲钴胺口服治疗,观察组联合腧穴热敏化艾灸治疗。比较2组肩部疼痛和三角肌及肱二头肌肌力恢复情况。结果治疗2个月后,观察组肩部视觉模拟评分(VAS)高于对照组,且三角肌及肱二头肌肌力恢复效果更佳,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论腧穴热敏化艾灸治疗脊髓型颈椎病减压术后C;神经根麻痹的效果显著,能有效缓解患者肩部疼痛,提升病区肌力,值得推广使用。Objective To explore the effect of thermosensitized moxibustion at acu points on C5 nerve root paralysis after decompression of cervical spondylotic myelopathy.Methods The data of 76 patients with C5 nerve root palsy after decompression of cervical spondylotic myelopathy who were treated in our hospital from January 2017 to February 2020 were retrospectively analyzed and they were divided into control group(38 cases) and observation group(38 cases) according to different treatment methods.The control group was treated with methylcobalamin orally,and the observation group was combined with acupoint thermosensitization moxibustion.The shoulder pain and muscle strength recovery of deltoid muscle and biceps were compared between the two groups.Results After 2 months of treatment,the visual analogue score(VAS) of the shoulder in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the muscle strength recovery of deltoid and biceps was better,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The thermosensitized moxibustion at acupoints has a significant effect on the treatment of C5 nerve root paralysis after decompression of cervical spondylotic myelopathy.It can effectively relieve patients’ shoulder pain and improve muscle strength in the ward,which is worthy of popularization and use.
