董氏奇穴针法对中重度晚期肝癌疼痛早期缓解效果的研究

摘　　要：目的探究董氏奇穴针法对中重度晚期肝癌疼痛早期缓解效果。方法选取2019年4月—2020年4月中国医科大学附属第一医院收治的中重度晚期肝癌患者68例,随机分为试验组和对照组,各34例。对照组患者接受WHO推荐"癌症疼痛三级阶梯治疗方案",试验组在对照组的基础上予以董氏奇穴针法,比较2组患者癌性疼痛评分、镇痛效果及肝功能[包括丙氨酸转氨酶(ALT)、天冬氨酸转氨酶(AST)、总胆红素(TBIL)]。结果与对照组相比,试验组疼痛程度明显缓解(P<0.05),试验组患者镇痛效果显效率明显优于对照组(P<0.05),试验组ALT、AST及TBIL较低(P<0.05),不良反应发生率较低(P<0.05)。结论董氏奇穴针法能缓解中重度晚期肝癌患者癌性疼痛,又可提高患者肝功能,避免经西药治疗后多种并发症发生率,适宜临床应用。Objective To explore the effect of Dong s unique extra-ordinary points on pain relief of moderate and severe advanced liver cancer.Methods 68 patients with advanced liver cancer in the First Affiliated Hospital of China Medical University were randomly divided into experimental group and control group,34 cases in each group.The patients in the control group received the "three-step ladder treatment scheme for cancer pain",while the experimental group received more with Dong’s unique extra-ordinary points,and levels of cancer pain score,analgesic effect and liver function [including alanine aminotransferase(ALT),aspartate aminotransferase(AST),total bilirubin(T-Bil)] were compared between the two groups.Results Compared with the control group,the pain degree of the experimental group was significantly relieved(P<0.05),the analgesic effect of the experimental group was significantly better than(P<0.05).ALT,AST and T-Bil in the experimental group were lower(P<0.05),and the incidence of adverse reactions was lower(P<0.05).Conclusion Dong’s unique extra-ordinary points can relieve the cancer pain of patients with moderate and severe advanced liver cancer,improve the liver function of patients,and avoid the incidence of various complications after western medicine treatment,which is suitable for clinical application.
