三石止痒洗剂联合枸地氯雷他定胶囊治疗丘疹性荨麻疹的临床观察

摘　　要：目的探究三石止痒洗剂联合枸地氯雷他胶囊定治疗丘疹性荨麻疹的临床疗效。方法将68例丘疹性荨麻疹患者通过随机数字表法分为治疗组和对照组,对照组给予枸地氯雷他定胶囊口服,每晚1粒,治疗组在对照组的基础上给予三石止痒洗剂外洗,每天2次,连续用药2周。结果治疗组总有效率为91.2%(31/34),高于对照组为70.6%(24/34),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。2组患者治疗前的症状、皮损积分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后的症状、皮损积分对照组高于治疗组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。停药3个月后2组痊愈患者复发数比较,治疗组复发率为12.5%(3/24)低于对照组41.2%(7/17),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论三石止痒洗剂联合枸地氯雷他定胶囊能有效治疗丘疹性荨麻疹,同时应注意日常防护,值得临床医生借鉴。Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of Sanshi Zhiyang lotion combined with desloratadine citrate capsule in the treatment of papular urticaria.Methods 68 patients with papular urticaria were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group.The control group was given desloratadine citrate capsule orally,one capsule every night,while the treatment group was given Sanshi Zhiyang lotion on the basis of the control group,twice a day for 2 week.Results The total effective rate of the treatment group was 91.2%(31/34),which was higher than that of the control group(70.6%,24/34),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in symptoms and skin lesions scores between 2 groups before treatment(P>0.05),and the symptoms and skin lesions scores after treatment in control group were higher than that in treatment group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).3 months after drug withdrawal,the recurrence rate of 12.5%(3/24)in the treatment group was lower than 41.2%(7/17)in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Sanshi Zhiyang lotion combined with desloratadine citrate capsule can effectively treat papular urticaria,and we should pay attention to daily protection,which is worthy of clinical reference.
