摘　　要：目的探讨肾康宁颗粒联合氯沙坦钾片治疗慢性肾小球肾炎的临床疗效。方法选取2018年5月——2021年6月医院收治的98例慢性肾小球肾炎患者,随机分成对照组(氯沙坦钾片治疗)和研究组(氯沙坦钾片联合肾康宁颗粒治疗),各49例。比较2组患者临床疗效、肾功能指标、炎性因子指标以及不良反应发生率。结果研究组总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。2组治疗后肌酐(Scr)、尿素氮(BUN)、24h尿蛋白定量(24hUPQ)、尿红细胞(RBC)、白介素-6(IL-6)、超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)均较治疗前下降,且研究组低于对照组(P<0.05)。2组不良反应发生率比较,无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论肾康宁颗粒联合氯沙坦钾片治疗慢性肾小球肾炎的效果显著,可有效改善肾功能,减轻炎性因子水平。Objective To investigate the efficacy of Shenkangning granule combined losartan potassium tablets in the treatment of chronic glomerulonephritis.Methods 98 patients with chronic glomerulonephritis who were admitted to our hospital from May 2018 to June 2021 were divided into control group(treated with losartan potassium tablets) and study group(treated with losartan potassium tablets combined Shenkangning granule),with 49 cases in each.The effecacy,renal function indexes,inflammatory factor indexes and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the study group after treatment was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the creatinine(Scr),blood urea nitrogen(BUN),24-hour urinary protein quantitative(24 hUPQ),urinary red blood cell(RBC),interleukin-6(IL-6),hypersensitive C-reactive protein(hsCRP),tumor necrosis factor-a(TNF-α) decreased in the two groups compared with that before treatment,and the study group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the adverse reactions incidence between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Shenkangning granule combined with losartan potassium tablets has significant effect in the treatment of chronic glomerulonephritis,which can effectively improve renal function,reduce the level of inflammatory factors.
