中西医结合治疗慢性宫颈炎临床观察

摘　　要：目的探究对慢性宫颈炎患者采用止带方加减联合聚甲酚磺醛溶液治疗的临床疗效。方法采用随机数表字法,将2019年3月—2020年2月江西省会昌县中医院收治的68例慢性宫颈炎患者分为2组,各34例。2组均予以常规抗感染治疗,在此基础上予以聚甲酚磺醛溶液治疗对照组,在对照组基础上予以止带方加减治疗观察组,均治疗3个月。对比2组临床疗效和炎症水平。结果观察组治疗总有效率为97.06%(33/34),高于对照组的76.47%(26/34),白细胞介素-6(Interleukin-6,IL-6)、白细胞介素-8(Interleukin-8,IL-8)及肿瘤坏死因子-α(Tumor necrosis factor-α,TNF-α)水平均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论止带方加减联合聚甲酚磺醛溶液治疗可提高慢性宫颈炎患者的临床疗效,降低炎症水平。Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of Zhidai recipe combined with polycresol sulfonaldehyde solution in patients with chronic cervicitis.Methods Using random number table method,68 patients with chronic cervicitis admitted to our hospital from March 2019 to February 2020 were divided into 2 groups,with 34 cases in each.Both groups were given conventional anti-infective treatment,on this basis,a polycresol sulfonaldehyde solution was used to the control group,and on the basis of the control group,the Zhidai recipe was given in the observation group.They were treated for 3 months.The clinical efficacy and inflammation level of the two groups was compared.Results The total effective rate in observation group was 97.06%(33/34),higher than 76.47%(26/34) in control group,and the levels of serum interleukin-6(IL-6),interleukin-8(IL-8) and tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α) were lower than those in control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P <0.05).Conclusion The treatment of Zhidai recipe combined with polycresol sulfonaldehyde solution can improve the clinical efficacy of patients with chronic cervicitis and reduce the level of inflammation.
