摘 要:目的探讨水试法在中药鉴定中的应用效果。方法 2018年6月—2020年6月在抚州市东乡区妇幼保健院中药房中选取10味中草药,从中抽取60份(每份5 g,每味中药各6份),根据中药鉴定方法的差异,分为试验组(水试法)和常规组(高效液相色谱法)各30份(每味中药各3份),分析2组的鉴定结果,比较2组中药鉴定的成本及时间消耗。结果试验组的中药鉴定准确率93.33%(28/30)与常规组100%(30/30)比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。试验组中药鉴定的成本(27.13±5.62)元低于常规组(137.42±12.59)元(P<0.05),鉴定时间(7.39±1.56)min比常规组(19.21±3.74)min更短(P<0.05)。结论在中药鉴定的过程中,应用水试法,能够准确鉴定中药的品质,检测结果接近于先进仪器检测,误差较低。与先进仪器检测相比,水试法的应用可以降低鉴定成本,缩短鉴定时间。Objective To explore the application effect of water test in the identification of traditional Chinese medicine.Methods From June 2018 to June 2020,60 samples of 10 Chinese herbal medicines(6 samples for each Chinese herbal medicine) were selected and divided into experimental group(water test method) and conventional group(HPLC method) according to the difference of identification methods of Chinese herbal medicines,30 samples for each group(3 samples for each Chinese herbal medicine).The identification results of the two groups were analyzed,and the cost and time consumption of the two groups were compared.Results There was no significant difference between the two groups(93.33%(28/30) vs.100%(30/30),P> 0.05).The cost of TCM identification in the experimental group [(27.13±5.62) yuan <(137.42 ± 12.59) yuan,t=61.962] was lower than that in the conventional group(P <0.05),and the identification time [(7.39±1.56) min <(19.21±3.74) min,t=22.594] was shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion In the process of identification of traditional Chinese medicine,the application of water test method can accurately identify the quality of traditional Chinese medicine,and the detection results are close to those of advanced instruments,with low error.Compared with the advanced instruments,the application of water test method can reduce the identification cost and shorten the identification time.
