解表清里法治疗外感热病研究进展

摘　　要：外感热病是指感受外邪(包括疫疠之邪)而发病,并以不同程度发热为主症的一类疾病。从疾病传变的角度分析,外感热病容易出现表邪未解、里热炽盛的证候表现。古今众多医家均对应用解表清里法治疗外感热病做过相关论述,为指导临床应用提供了理论依据和实践基础。临床研究表明,应用解表清里的方药治疗外感热病表寒里热证或表里俱热证可以有效退热,减轻炎症反应,改善患者临床症状和体征,同时也能控制外感热病进一步发展和传变,缩短病程。现将近年运用解表清里法治疗外感热病的相关研究整理如下,为解表清里法治疗外感热病提供临床依据。Exogenous febrile disease is a kind of disease which is caused by exogenous pathogens(including pestilential pathogens)and characterized by fever of different degrees.From the point of view of disease transmutation,exogenous febrile disease is prone to the syndrome manifestations of unsolved external pathogen and internal heat overflowing.Many doctors in ancient and modern times have discussed the treatment of exogenous febrile disease by the method of exterior-relieving interior-clearing,which provides the theoretical basis and practical basis for the guidance of clinical application.Clinical studies have shown that the treatment of exogenous febrile disease with the formula of relieving superficies and clearing interior can effectively reduce fever,reduce inflammation,improve the clinical symptoms and signs of patients,and control the further development and transformation of exogenous febrile disease,shorten the course of the disease.This paper summarizes the relevant studies on the treatment of exogenous febrile disease by means of exterior-relieving interior-clearing method in recent years,and provides clinical basis for the treatment of exogenous febrile disease by relieving superficies and clearing interior method.
