摘　　要：目的探讨埋线学术流派—埋线针刀疗法处方的特征。方法梳理埋线针刀流派的处方:杨五针的思路、构成、配穴、操作技巧的特点,杨五针是由手卡指压式星状神经节埋线术、枕五针、椎五针、脂五针、糖五针等54个技术或者处方组成的系列处方,每一个处方由5个穴位或者阳性点构成,故称之为"杨五针"。杨五针由手卡指压式星状神经节埋线术、推寰循经式迷走神经节埋线术、三点一线式蝶腭神经节埋线术、分经拨脉式颈动脉窦埋线术4个单独的特殊穿刺术、以疼痛类疾病为主的23个处方和以神经节为主的27个内科疑难杂病为主的27个处方组成。结果杨五针在临床中具有稳定的神奇疗效。结论杨五针是埋线针刀流派的核心处方。Objective To explore the academic schools of acupoint catgut embedding therapy-characteristics of the prescription of thread embedding needle knife therapy.Methods Sorting out the prescriptions of thread embedding needle knife School:the characteristics of Yangwuzhen’s thinking,composition,acupoint matching and operation skills.Yangwuzhen is a series of prescriptions composed of 54 technologies or prescriptions,such as hand card finger pressing stellate ganglion thread embedding,Zhenwuzhen,Zhuiwuzhen,Zhiwuzhen and Tangwuzhen.Each prescription is composed of 5 acupoints or positive points,so it is called"Yangwuzhen".Yangwuzhen is composed of four separate special puncture operations:hand card finger pressing stellate ganglion catgut embedding,pushing atlas along the meridian vagal ganglion catgut embedding,three-point and one-line sphenopalatine ganglion catgut embedding,divided meridian pulse shifting carotid sinus catgut embedding,23 prescriptions for pain diseases and 27 prescriptions for difficult and miscellaneous medical diseases.Results Yangwuzhen has a stable and magical effect in clinic.Conclusion Yangwuzhen is the core prescription of thread embedding needle knife school.
