摘 要:为了确保新冠疫情控制期间自来水厂的有效病毒灭活率,满足饮用水微生物安全性的要求,研究了净水工艺中消毒效果影响因素和新冠疫情期间外部需求对净水工艺的影响情况。研究表明,在原水水温、pH值一定的情况下,可通过实时在线仪表监控出厂水浊度、清水池水位、水厂水量、出厂水余氯等指标,在确保出厂水浊度≤0.3 NTU(满足混凝-沉淀-过滤工艺对病毒2-lg去除率)基础上,实时调整清水池CT值在适宜范围内,既满足消毒工艺对病毒4-lg灭活率又同时降低消毒副产物的风险,最终使供水厂处理工艺达到6-lg以上的病毒削减率,满足疫情控制期间饮用水的生物安全性要求并留有充足安全余量。This paper studied the influencing factors of disinfection effect in water purification process and the influence of external demand on the water purification process to ensure that the effective virus inactivation rate of waterworks can meet the requirements of microbiological safety during the COVID-19 outbreak.The results showed that the effluent turbidity should be no more than 0.3 NTU to meet the requirements of coagulation sedimentation filtration process for virus 2-lg removal rate under the condition of the fixed source water temperature and pH value.On the basis of the above,with the monitoring of the effluent turbidity,water level of clean water tank,water quantity of waterworks and residual chlorine by real-time online instruments,the CT value of the clean water tank was controlled and adjusted within an appropriate range in real time,so that it not only met the 4-lg virus inactivation rate but also reduced the risk of disinfection by-products.Finally,a virus reduction rate of above 6-lg was achieved with the treatment process of waterworks,which could meet the biological safety requirements of drinking water during the epidemic,and have a sufficient safety margin.
