水电开发利用金沙江自然河段的分析与建议

摘　　要：党的十八大提出“生态文明建设”理念后,生态环境保护已成为金沙江水电开发的先决条件。为此,分析了金沙江水电开发利用自然河段的情况,研究了水电开发利用金沙江自然河段的演变发展及后续趋势,总结了水电规划建设过程中减少开发对自然河段影响的对策措施,并提出了有关思考和建议。After the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China put forward the concept of"Ecological civilization construction",the ecological environment protection has become a prerequisite for the hydropower development in Jinsha Rive.To this end,the situation of hydropower development utilizing the natural river sections of Jinsha River is analyzed,the evolution and subsequent trends of the hydropower development utilizing the natural river sections of Jinsha River are studied,and the countermeasures to reduce the impact of development on natural river sections in the process of hydropower planning and construction are summarized and some considerations and suggestions are put forward.
