摘 要:水工混凝土工程长期处于复杂的工作环境中,在各类因素的综合影响下其钢筋材料极易出现锈蚀现象,导致钢筋混凝土材料整体力学性能劣化,是影响水工混凝土结构耐久性失效的重要原因。为此,在已有钢筋混凝土分离式模型和混凝土损伤模型的基础上,进一步考虑钢筋锈蚀对材料力学性能的影响,通过算例分析了钢筋锈蚀后的锈胀作用以及对混凝土受弯构件抗弯性能的影响,得到了锈胀作用下混凝土保护层的损伤破坏模式以及梁抗弯能力将随着锈蚀率增大而降低的客观规律,能够为后续研究水工混凝土结构处于钢筋锈蚀后的结构安全问题提供理论基础。Hydraulic concrete engineering has been in a complex working environment for a long time.Under the comprehensive influence of various factors,the reinforcement materials are prone to rust,which leads to the deterioration of the overall mechanical properties of reinforced concrete materials and is an important reason for the durability failure of hydraulic concrete structures.Based on the existing reinforced concrete separate model and concrete damage model,the influence of steel corrosion on the mechanical properties of materials is further considered,and the corrosion expansion effect of steel corrosion and its influence on the bending performance of concrete flexural members are analyzed through example calculations.The damage mode of concrete cover under the action of corrosion expansion effect is obtained,and the objective law that the bending capacity of beams will decrease with the increase of corrosion ratio is also obtained,which can provide a theoretical basis for the follow-up study on the structural safety of hydraulic concrete structures after reinforcement corrosion.
