摘  要:针对某电厂整个工艺流程自动化程度低,导致生产效率低、供电质量不高的问题,基于电厂自动化工程改造进行了一种数字式电液(DEH)控制系统设计。介绍了DEH控制系统的原理,着重阐述了DEH控制系统的设计过程,包括系统总体构架、SUPMAX控制系统、计算机监控及信息处理等部分,并给出较为详细的设计架构和技术环节描述。在某电厂后续运行情况表明,该控制系统各环节运转状况正常,各项运行参数和指标表现良好,验证了该控制系统设计的可行性和有效性。Aiming at the problem of low automation of the whole process in a power plant,which leads to low production efficiency and low power supply quality,a DEH(Digital Electric Hydraulic)control system is designed based on the automation engineering transformation of the power plant.On the basis of brief introduction of the principle of DEH control system,the design process of DEH control system is emphatically expounded,including the overall system architecture,SUPMAX control system,computer monitoring and information processing.And a detailed description of the design architecture and technical links is given.Subsequent operation of the control system in a power plant shows that every link of the system is in normal operation,and all operating parameters and indicators are in good performance,which verifies the feasibility and effectiveness of the control system design.
