摘 要:在高压共轨系统中,柴油机缸体进气阀关闭时刻的缸内环境条件和喷油参数是决定其燃烧模式的关键。由于受进气条件、进排气总量、缸内残留废气状态、发动机运行工况等多种因素的影响,控制缸内环境条件存在一定难度。建立一套复杂的气路系统调节控制机构,通过控制进气压力、进气温度及进气的氧气组分等参数,取得缸内环境条件的改善,实现燃烧模式的切换,从而提高燃烧效率,降低污染物排放。In a high pressure common rail system, the combustion mode is determined by the environmental conditions and fuel injection parameters of the cylinder block when the intake valve is closed. Due to the influence of many factors, such as intake condition, intake and exhaust quantity, the state of residual exhaust gas in the cylinder, and the operating condition of the engine, the control of the environmental condition in the cylinder is difficult. By controlling the intake pressure, intake temperature, intake oxygen components and other parameters, the environmental conditions in the cylinder can be improved, the switching of combustion mode can be realized, so as to improve the combustion efficiency and reduce the emission of pollutants.
