摘　　要：目的分析对尿毒症性脑病患者实施连续性血液净化与间歇性血液透析治疗的临床价值。方法选取2018年10月至2020年10月滨州市中心医院肾内科收治的68例尿毒症性脑病患者为研究对象开展回顾性研究,根据不同治疗方式,将其分为试验组(采用连续性血液净化治疗)和对照组(给予间歇性血液透析治疗),各34例。对比两组患者不良反应发生率、血肌酐、尿素氮、碳酸氢根离子、血pH值。结果试验组患者不良反应发生率低于对照组(P<0.05);透析前两组患者血肌酐、尿素氮、碳酸氢根离子、血pH值对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),透析后各项指标结果均优于治疗前,且试验组患者上述指标更优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对于尿毒症性脑病患者的临床治疗,选取连续性血液净化治疗能够改善患者血肌酐、尿素氮、碳酸氢根离子、血pH值等指标水平,不良反应发生较少,安全性较高。Objective To analyze the clinical value of continuous blood purification and intermittent hemodialysis in patients with uremic encephalopathy.Methods From October 2018 to October 2020,68 patients with uremic encephalopathy admitted to the Department of Nephrology of Binzhou Central Hospital were selected as the research subjects to carry out a retrospective study.According to different treatment methods,they were divided into experimental groups(using continuous blood Purification treatment)and the control group(given intermittent hemodialysis treatment),34 cases each.The incidence of adverse reactions,blood creatinine,urea nitrogen,bicarbonate ions and blood pH were compared between the two groups.Results The incidence of adverse reactions in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05);the comparison of serum creatinine,urea nitrogen,bicarbonate ion and blood pH between the two groups of patients before dialysis was not statistically significant(P>0.05),the results of all indicators after dialysis were better than before treatment.The above indicators of the experimental group is better than the control group,and the difference between the groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion For the clinical treatment of patients with uremic encephalopathy,continuous blood purification therapy can improve the level of patients'blood creatinine,urea nitrogen,bicarbonate ion and blood pH.There are fewer adverse reactions,and the treatment safety is relatively high.
